コース概略
本コースは、学生がデザイン概念を効果的および経済的に創作できるよう準備します。学生はまた、必要なグラフィック再生技術を備え、“カメラレディー（撮影できるように準備したもの）”とデジタル作品を組み合わせるための伝統的なメディアやコンピュータ技術を使用する能力を身につけます。
コース目的
本コースは、グラフィック・アーティストとして幅広いグラフィック・デザイン業界の仕事で働く資格を得るために必要なスキル、知識そして考え方を学生に提供することを目的としています。
コース科目：
1年次
Prepare text and graphic files for print processing
Use typography techniques for design work
Select and apply type
Produce technical drawings
Select and apply drawing techniques and media to relate and communicate the concept
Research and apply the history of design to design practice
Apply techniques to produce digital images
Demonstrate knowledge and requirements of graphic pre-press
Apply the design process to 2 dimensional work in response to a brief
Follow health, safety and security procedures
Research and experiment with techniques for digital image enhancement and manipulation
Output images to electronic media
Electronically combine and assemble data
Develop a basic design concept
Produce digital images

就業機会には、広告代理店やグラフィックデザインおよび仕上げアート・スタジオでの勤務などがあります。出版業（新聞や雑誌）、小売広告業、大企業、印刷業、映画やテレビ制作会社、教育機関そして政府部局など、この産業の他の分野でも多くの仕事を見つけることができるでしょう。

英語入学条件：
IELTS（アカデミック・モジュール）の総合スコア５．５以上、そのうちそれぞれのセクションにおいてスコア５．０以上。または、TOEFLのスコア５２５以上 （ペーパー・ベース） か１９６以上（コンピューター・ベース）と、エッセー・レーティング４．５以上。
もしくは、スインバンの英語集中コース （ELICOS） を修了することによっても入学することが可能です。
